Skill Practice: Kness to elbows

WOD: 3 rounds

2 Laps of the track
5 Knees to Elbows
10 Dumbell Push Press
15 Body Rows

This is done as a 2 person team. One person rests while the other works.

    So yea mine and Kate's time was 22:34:)

    Looks like I have a conflict on Wed. morning. I may try to make the 6:30 class. If not, do you suggest the workout shown on the Tues level II class? (5x 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 situps, 40 squats, which I can do without much equipment). Or some alternative? Thanks, Paul
