100223 - Hit lvl 1

Strength: 5-5-5 deadlift

:30 DB burpees
:30 rest

  1. For burpees I used the 5 lb weights, but I didn't check the board for how many reps I did. Somewhere between 90 and 105.

  2. Used 8 lb DB for the 1st 15 min. Then my elbows started to hurt (incorrect DB position on the floor?) Did regular burpies for the remaining 15 min. 165 total.
