15 squats

every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.

  1. I think I made it to round 14. I continued on throughout the practice, jumping into rounds after I rested for one.

    5 rows with 15 lb dumbels
    5 pushups on my toes
    15 bodyweight squats

    Completed all 30 rounds. 10-15 sec rest between rounds.
