  3. Hi Guys,
    Sorry I missed you this morning.

    I did get the workout in just now. Were the pistols supposed to be 10R + 10L = 1 set, or 5R + 5L = 1 set? I ended up doing the latter, but times five. I couldn't get all the way down, but gave it a good try.

    Press: 95lbs, 100, 105, 115
    Push-Press: 115, 120, 125, 130
    Push-Jerk: 115, 125, 130, 135
