100205 - Hit Lvl 2

Strength: 3-3-3 Tall Clean

MetCON: 5,(rest 2:00)4,(rest 1:30)3 rounds

5 Boxjumps
10 Dumbell Snatch
15 KB swings

This is a grip intensive workout. It will be hard like we will do on all fridays going forward. Be prepared to work and have sore forearms.
