100201 - Hit Lvl 2

21-15 - 9 Pullups / Thrusters

Sorry for the late posting. These first couple classes will be focused on getting to know one another. I will also be spending more time teaching and reteaching movements so that people are able to do the workouts effectively and safely.

    MetCON: I couldn't hear or see for a few minutes after I finished, so I missed my time. I know it was pitifully slow - 9 minutes?
