100203 - MetCON Madness

So due to a complete lack of advertising we have no new students this month. I am consolidating HIT back down to 1 level because there are no new people that need instruction.

OH Squat 95/65
Burpees
Box Jumps
Situps

  2. How much weight should I have used for the OH weighted squats (dumbbells)?
    I don't have a box, so I did squat jumps instead. And should the feet be anchored for this number of sit-up?

  3. Kate: sorry I am late in getting back to you.

    OHS should be 25's if you can manage it. Cutting to 20's if you can't.

    Squat jumps work just fine. For extra burn, do split squat jumps.

    Feet are never anchored for 30 or fewer situps.

  4. OHS are much harder than I thought! Especially if your legs are fatigued from a run the day before.
