late post Monday

Strength: Overhead Press 5-5-5

MetCON: In teams of 2.
100 burpees
200 wallball
300 bodyrows

one person works while the other rests.

  1. Wow. I'm going to try to make up Monday workouts that I miss. Is this for real? Were these done in multiple rounds, all at once . . .?

  2. I did this at home, withoug a partner.
    I did 10 burpees, 20 wallball (8 lb med ball) and 30 bent over rows. Then rested one minute. I did 7 sets and had enough (70 burpees, etc) 7 sets took me 27 minutes. I

    I was sore the next day! What a great workout.
