11/20 - Hot pockets

Goals: Mix it up a little bit. Use skills we already know and work hard to prepare for the weekend.

Intenisty: Moderately hard.

Strength: Death by 10 Meters

MetCON: 15-12-9 (#225/#185) deadlift/handstand pushups

    4 laps around track
    5 minute stair run

    10 x 10 pullups at your own pace

    Workout:
    1 minute each
    jumping pullups
    wall balls
    weighted lunges
    kettlebell swings

    REPEAT for a total of 8 min of work.

    I think they are sore today...hehehe. We are all filled up for the 7am and 8:30am workouts starting Monday for another two weeks...YES!
